ONE-OFF PRICES FOR RENT IN SINGLE MEETING ROOMS:
500,-CZK/ hour (PALACE ARCHA, U HABROVKY, AMAZON COURT, BREDOVSKY DVUR, OVOCNY TRH)
600,-CZK /hour (DON GIOVANI, AMADEUS, SYDNEY)

With a larger subscription, we offer a Customer Card, which is the most advantageous solution for the hire of meeting rooms. The validity of the Customer Card is one year from the purchase and can be used at all our branches in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The card is portable. How does it work? Prepay a loyalty card depending on how much discount you want to have:

The price of each meeting room rental:
- basic refreshment (coffee / tea, sparkling, non-sparkling water) for 2 persons, third and extra person we charge 50, -CZK
- high-speed internet connection (WI-FI)
- assisting with your rental and clients (entering a meeting room, providing refreshments, caring during the rental)
- available for you blocks and pens, the possibility of placing your own marketing materials
- rental of projector, screen and notebook (250, -CZK / session), flipchart (200, -CZK / session)
- use of administrative facilities and fully equipped copy center - copying, printing, scanning (pricelist at reception)
- use of working reception and personal assistant services (appointment of meetings, arranging of walking, etc.)
- preparation of above-standard refreshments according to the wishes and requirements of the client (catering, lunches)
- parking - Palace Archa, Habrovka, Amazon Court, Bredovsky Dvur (50, -CZK / hour, 350, -CZK / day)
*Prices do not include 21% VAT
Rentals beyond our regular office hours (8am until 5:30pm) is possible with previous agreement and are charged extra (double the basic rental price).
If the Customer cancels a binding order at least 2 business days before the scheduled start of the sublease, we do not charge any cancellation fees. If the order is canceled no later than one business day preceding the sublease day, we charge 50% of the rental price.
If the Customer cancels the order later than that or does not cancel the order at all we charge the full rental price. Cancellation can be made via email, SMS message or via phone.
