Offices are furnished with quality office furniture. Each office space is equipped for one to six working places depending on its size. It is possible to add extra items such as monitor, keyboard and mouse free of charge. Included in the cost is a basic reception service i.e. welcoming and seating visitors into the lobby or meeting rooms and notifying that a client has arrived.

It is possible to use this service with a lease for at least 3 months. The service is provided free of charge for the duration of the lease. The user is given consent for a registered office for his company and likewise is provided with a contact address which he is able to make full use of. The user has a duty to pay a deposit to the provider’s account which is set at the sanction amount for not deregistering the company once the lease relationship has been terminated.
Underground garage parking is available as part of the Palác Archa premises with a direct access to the office spaces. In the event of opting for this service, the client receives a remote control device to enter the underground garages. Each parking space is marked with the company name and reserved for their use only.
With our postal service package, we take care of administrating and recording incoming post for the client company. We ensure every incoming envelope is properly and permanently recorded. We automatically keep a postal record book for our clients and thanks to the automatically generated notices we are able to eliminate the possibility of losing or retaining important correspondence.
Storing post Comprises of receipt and storage of post up to no more that 50 standard or recorded delivery post per month .
Forwarding post Comprises of receipt and storage of post up to no more than 50 standard or recorded delivery post per month as well as forwarding of post every 3 working days by standard post.
Office telephone This service comprises of setting up a fixed line directly into the client’s office spaces including the telephone device. The client is charged an initial activation fee, monthly maintenance fee and call charges.
Telephone service and receptionist: OFFICE 24 – TELEFON This service comprises of assigning telephone numbers and receiving a maximum of 20 incoming calls per month via an operator who introduces herself on behalf of the company or in accordance with the client’s needs.
Creating and operating voice communication tree: OFFICE 24 – IVR Voice and communication tree. After calling the client’s number, the caller reaches a menu from which he can listen to the required information by entering the relevant number.

Internet connection This service comprises setting up a data link directly within the client’s office spaces. The client is charged an initial activation fee and a monthly maintenance fee.
Several representative meeting rooms are available within the premises to clients for the purpose of holding business talks and meetings with clients, business partners or authorities. The client ordering the meeting room is able to benefit from refreshments for 4 participants ( coffee, tea, water) and use of projector. Meeting rooms can be booked in accordance to the current needs and on an hourly basis or as part of special deal packages.
FLEXI offices also offer their client administrative support using professionally trained assistants with relevant education who aspire to be of maximum assistance to the clients. The client can either book his assistant according to the services specified below or according to his needs (minimum time is 15 minutes). Assistants are able to take care of settling matters in town offices, transcripts of documents, translations, courier service, taxi, flights, hotels, ordering food, dry cleaning, arranging presents, marketing materials etc.
